• The School Expansion provides a new gymnasium, auxiliary athletics spaces, a learning community, and an outdoor learning terrace.
• Construction of ground + 3 floor approx. total build up area is 3866 sqm.
• The new building is given TKS’ unique indoor space requirements for physical education and athletics due to extreme heat and humidity; new physical education facilities are necessary to support the school’s current program.
• The building is containing sports facilities and GYM, learning facilities, landscape, and outdoor activity areas.

• To complete the design, engineering, Work Site preparation, materials procurement, construction, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and delivery of the remodeled KAUST Harbor West School, including performing all activities and providing all resources and things necessary and incidental to deliver the FACILITY.

KAUST INN 2 earlier consisted of 25 two-bedroom suites (two bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen, four toilets, a maid room, and a laundry room). This Project aimed to modify the KAUST INN units to provide 75 single bedroom guest units. That requires to all demolition and complete renovation and construction for the south/east wing, both stages include works for general, Civil, architectural, HVAC, Electrical and IT.
